Grand Opening of Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-up at CityPlace

West Palm Beach, FL – November 15, 2024 – Bal Harbour Shops Access made its debut at CityPlace with the Moonlight Royale Grand Opening, celebrating its arrival in style. Guests enjoyed curated cocktails and bites from The Whitman while the DJs set the tone with live music.
