WRE News: Fisher Island Ranks 4th Among Most Expensive U.S. Zip Codes in 2024

Miami, FL – October 24, 2024 – Fisher Island continues to be one of the most expensive places to live in the U.S. in 2024.

In a new report by PropertySpark, Miami Beach’s ultra-exclusive Fisher Island ranked fourth among the most expensive zip codes, with a median home price of $5.75 million. While Fisher Island dropped in rank from previous years, its median prices actually increased, reflecting its continued high demand and luxury status.

Topping the list for the eighth consecutive year is Atherton, California, where homes in the 94027 zip code average nearly $8 million. The rest of the top 10 is dominated by California and New York zip codes, with two from the Hamptons claiming second and third place.
