Miami, FL – October 24, 2024 – Faena is bringing its iconic vision to the Miami River with a landmark cultural district and residential project.

The Faena District Miami River will be anchored by the FAENA RESIDENCES MIAMI, a striking development designed by the late Rafael Viñoly. Spanning 14 acres of private parkland, the project will feature 440 luxury residences across two towers, connected by a cultural center. Set across three blocks, the Faena District will offer curated cultural spaces, wellness facilities, a marina, and public art, enriching the area and expanding access to creative experiences.
