Miami, FL – October 20.2024 – Construction on Cove Miami, a 40-story Edgewater tower, is set to begin in Q1 2025.
Developers SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group have officially converted reservations into contracts for the 134 condo units, signaling strong buyer interest ahead of construction. This marks the first Miami project for both New York-based companies, with Kobi Karp as architect.
Pre-development efforts, including demolition and seawall construction, are already complete, positioning the Cove Miami project to break ground early next year.
