Miami, FL – October 7, 2024 – Plans for the 65-story Summit Brickell tower are progressing, with developers seeking zoning approval and refining the design.

The tower, which will stand at 750 feet, is set to include 505 residential units, ground-floor retail, and 500 parking spaces. As part of the proposal, $575,000 will be contributed to support local transit stations, along with improvements to pedestrian crossings.

Additionally, the development will include 25 workforce housing units to support middle-income residents in Miami’s rapidly growing urban core.
