WRE News: 38 – Story Luxury Tower Breaks Ground in Edgewater

Miami, FL – October 12, 2024 – A new 38-story luxury tower in Miami’s Edgewater is set to elevate the neighborhood’s rental market.

Developers Oak Row Equities and LNDMRK are planning 324 oversized apartments with features like spacious primary bedrooms, large walk-in closets, and great rooms, with most units also offering a study or den. The building will also include 8,000 square feet of restaurant space, retail, and over 500 parking spaces, with Coastal Construction managing the project, as permits for site work and vertical construction were recently filed.

This project is expected to redefine the standard for luxury rentals in Miami, further transforming the vibrant Edgewater area.
