Miami, FL – October 23, 2024 – Step inside Chef Massimo Bottura’s whimsical rooftop restaurant, Torno Subito Miami.
The highly-anticipated dining destination draws design inspiration from Bottura’s childhood trips to the coastal circus town of Rimini, mixing bold colors and playful elements like its signature red U-shaped bar and a yellow-tiled pizza oven, creating what Bottura describes as an “urban circus” atmosphere.
After a decade of working with Chef Massimo Bottura across various Francescana Family restaurants and successfully guiding Torno Subito Dubai to its inaugural Michelin star, Chef Bernardo Paladini was handpicked by Bottura to lead the charge as the Head Chef of Torno Subito Miami.
The restaurant’s menu highlights signature classics alongside new creations, specific to Miami’s culinary culture. Each dish tells a unique story, taking guests on a culinary journey that reflects the restaurant’s core value of combating food waste. While the food menu offers a selection of handmade pasta dishes, seafood options, and unique interpretations of classic Italian fare, the bar menu is equally as impressive, partnering with 2019’s World’s Best Bar, Dante, to create the Italian-inspired drink menu.
