Miami, FL – September 14, 2024 – One West Twelve Residences has received approval from the Federal Aviation Administration, with plans for the tower to rise 300 feet above ground.

A construction permit application, submitted in early August, is also under review by Miami’s Building Department. The development will feature 372 condo units, 4,892 square feet of retail, eight floors of garage, and a rooftop garden and pool. Estimated construction costs are $95 million, and 50% of the units have already been sold.

John Moriarty is set to handle construction, with Cube 3 as the architect and developers PMG, Lion Development Group, and LNDMRK Development leading the project.

A restaurant by celebrity chef Marcus Cooks is also part of the plan, further enhancing the appeal of this exciting new development.
