Miami, FL – September 17. 2024 – Brickell’s skyline is getting taller with the second Mercedes-Benz Places Miami tower now under construction.
The second tower, standing at 763 feet, is part of a two-tower development that will include hotel units, offices, commercial spaces, and over 1,000 residential units. The first tower, nearing foundation completion, will be slightly taller at 780 feet.
This ambitious project by JDS Development Group and ODP Architects aims to reshape Brickell with its mix of living, working, and retail spaces, offering over 881 parking spots and even a governmental facility within the complex.
