Miami, FL - September 27, 2024 - Stone Milled Whole wheat pappardelle with house-made pancetta, walnut crumble and zucchini-parsley puree from Elastika Miami. Made using pasta dough with whole wheat flour stone ground in the old way from Castle Valley Mill, in-house cured and smoked pancetta, topped with zucchini puree that brightens the dish and crumble to add some texture.
