Miami, FL – September 19, 2024 – An impressive group of top-producing real estate associates and industry influential joined Ricardo Dunin, founder of North Development, Eduardo Vargas, President of North Development, and Cervera Real Estate to commemorate a series of construction milestones and sales successes at Domus Brickell Park. The 12-story, 171-unit short- term-rental-friendly project, set to upend the traditional condo-hotel sector, has been progressing steadily since its spring groundbreaking – now 60% sold and on track for a Q1 2026 delivery.

At the elegant evening event, which took place at neighboring Novotel Miami Brickell in the UVA Restaurant, Dunin and his team announced that the property’s construction crane is now fully operational, the buildout of columns and shear walls is underway, and the first pour of the mezzanine level – the tower’s first elevated slab – is expected to take place by the end of September. General contractor Thornton Construction has been overseeing progress at the site, which is ideally located in the Brickell Financial District along the bustling Southwest Second Ave. thoroughfare (1611 SW 2nd Avenue). The developers additionally announced that they have closed on their $70 million construction loan – secured through Forman Capital and Core Capital – and unveiled a new deposit structure, which now entails 20% due at contract, 10% at top-off, and the remaining balance at closing.
