Elle Residences Miami Launch in Miami Design District

Miami, FL – September 12, 2024 – Developers Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) and Vertical Developments celebrated the grand launch of ELLE Residences Miami – the first ever residential development for the iconic media and lifestyle brand ELLE – with a stylish soiree in the Miami Design District. The evening brought together top brokers and development partners from across the globe, showcasing a lifestyle infused with joie de vivre (“joy of living”), echoing the brand’s chic aesthetic and trendsetting influence.

City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez joined UNCG CEO Robert Thorne, Vertical Developments CEO Fernando de Nuñez y Lugones, Fortune Development Sales CEO Edgardo Defortuna and ELLE International Media Licenses CEO Francois Coruzzi in welcoming guests and sharing the project’s elevated design, innovative interiors and unrivaled amenities. Also in attendance were design collaborators Gregory Martínez de Riquelme and Roberto Saija of Arquinaut and The One Atelier’s Anna Masello, Manuel Zangirolami, and Anna Lazovic. The architect for the project Robert Behar of Behar Font & Partners and landscape architect Matthew Lewis of L&ND joined the festivities.

The event featured a Parisian-inspired fashion presentation, where models recreated iconic looks from legendary ELLE magazine covers in a captivating spectacle, complemented by curated cocktails and exquisite French hors d’oeuvres. Rising 25 stories, ELLE Residences Miami will feature 180 turnkey residences that embody ELLE’s Parisian roots. The interiors will showcase the bold and creative design of ELLE DECOR, combining a laid-back, effortless feel with contemporary sophistication. Two expansive floors are devoted to amenities, including a French Riviera-inspired sundeck and pool, high-tech gym, spa, outdoor movie theater, and a rooftop pool offering expansive views of the city and the water.
