Miami, FL – August 4, 2024 – Shoma Group has officially started construction on Shoma Bay, a luxury waterfront residence in North Bay Village.

Miami-based developer Shoma Group is transforming North Bay Village with its new project, Shoma Bay. The development, which broke ground in June, aims to revitalize an area that has seen little new development for nearly a decade. Masoud Shojaee, CEO and Chairman of Shoma Group, sees the potential in this hidden gem, making Shoma Bay the flagship for future residential projects in the area. The project will feature 333 luxury residences, including studios, three-bedroom units, and 10 penthouses, with prices starting at $750,000. Renowned designer Adriana Hoyos has curated the interiors, blending classic art-deco elements with contemporary aesthetics.

Shoma Bay’s amenities promise a luxurious lifestyle, offering a resident lounge, spa, fitness center, golf simulator, pet spa, kids club, theater room, wine cellar, cigar lounge, and a Zen Garden with fire pits. The centerpiece is a 6,030-square-foot pool deck with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay.

The development will also house a Publix supermarket and retail space, enhancing convenience for residents. Situated at 1850 John F. Kennedy Causeway, Shoma Bay provides easy access to major highways and South Florida’s top dining, retail, and entertainment options, with completion expected by the end of 2026.
