Miami, FL – August 27, 2024 – A striking new supertall is set to transform the Miami skyline — Conceptual plans have been unveiled for a 1,032-foot tower at 1201 Brickell Bay Drive, featuring 54 stories of office space, a luxury hotel with 212 rooms, and exclusive amenities like a health spa and fitness club.

Designed by Foster & Partners with AAI architects, this first phase will also include 50 executive parking spaces. Future phases across the street could add office spaces, retail, and residential components, making this a significant multi-phase development by Citadel, the property owner.
