Miami, FL – August 3, 2024 – Brickell has shattered office rent records, with prices now matching Manhattan’s highest rates.

Brazil’s Banco Master has leased 26,000 square feet at 830 Brickell for an unprecedented $190 per square foot, marking a new high for Florida office space. The 55-story, 724-foot tower, which will be the tallest in Brickell, is now fully leased and its completion is slated for Spring 2025.
