Miami, FL – August 23, 2024 – A 641-foot tower has just received FAA approval to soar above Edgewater.

The Federal Aviation Administration granted permission for the new tower to reach 637 feet above ground, or 641 feet above sea level, according to a determination letter sent to Meridian TC Real Estate Group LLC on August 19.

The tower, known as Edge House Miami, will be a 57-story condo building that allows short-term rentals, designed by architect Kobi Karp. The project is being developed by Peru’s Grupo T&C, marking a significant addition to the Edgewater skyline.
