The week featured a VIP night followed by a special ribbon-cutting event to officially open the doors on Thursday, August 1. This milestone marks Vale’s first venture into South Miami, bringing the brand’s commitment to health, quality food, and sustainability to a new community. The name “Vale,” inspired by an old English word meaning “Earthly,” embodies the ethos of “living an earthly life.”

Vale Pinecrest offers a health-conscious dining experience with a menu featuring high-quality protein, açai, and poke bowls, alongside a diverse selection of beverages and bakery items. The 2,000-square-foot space exudes a fresh and modern ambiance with earthy tones and tropical motifs, featuring a 27-seat dining room and a cozy outdoor patio. Guests are invited to savor breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily from 9AM to 10PM, making it an ideal spot for refueling, working, or catching up with loved ones. Vale currently has nine locations with plans to expand throughout Florida and into different markets.
