Doral, FL – August 19, 2024 – Donald Trump’s latest real estate venture in Miami will feature luxury condos, but his name will be notably absent from the project.
The Doral City Council recently gave preliminary approval to the development, which includes a 1,429-unit condo complex and 141,000 square feet of retail space. Despite being located next to Trump National Doral Miami, the complex will be branded as Doral International Towers rather than carrying the Trump name.
The project, which involves demolishing parts of the existing resort, aims to attract high-end buyers with units starting at $2 million. While the Trump name is not featured in the development’s title, representatives stress its significance to potential buyers, particularly those looking for luxury vacation homes.
The final approval for the project is expected next month, amid concerns from some residents about traffic and over-development in Doral.
