Miami Beach, FL – July 22, 2024 – Santambroeus, the renowned Milanese restaurant and coffee bar, is set to open its first Miami location at The Fifth Miami Beach, a state-of-the-art office building designed by the acclaimed architect Alberto Campo Baeza.

Expected to open in late 2025, Sant Ambroeus will occupy over 7,000 square feet, bringing its signature blend of Milanese cuisine and elegant atmosphere to Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood.

The Fifth Miami Beach, the first new commercial office building in the area in 22 years, features innovative biophilic design elements, extensive amenities, and has been designed to meet LEED certification standards, making it a fitting home for the restaurant’s debut in Miami.
