WRE News: One Sotheby’s Takes Over Sales for 888 Brickell Miami By Dolce&Gabbana

Miami, FL – July 27, 2024 – ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has taken over sales for Michael Stern’s Dolce&Gabbana-branded condo tower at @888 Brickell Ave, replacing the brokerage OFFICIAL Partners, co-founded by Tal and Oren Alexander.

The 1,049-foot tower, featuring 250 rooms and suites, marks the first Dolce & Gabbana-branded residential building, offering owners the option to live in their units or place them in the hotel rental program. In addition to the residential units, the project will include six food and beverage outlets and interiors designed by M2 Atelier.

This change follows lawsuits alleging rape and sexual assault by the Alexander brothers, prompting their resignation from Official. Official was also previously handling sales for other high-profile projects but has faced significant fallout, including losing the contract for the Rosewood-branded Raleigh project.
