Miami, FL – July 2, 2024 – The Miami Riverbridge megaproject, featuring a supertower, has received approval from the Urban Development Review Board.

This ambitious project will replace the existing Hyatt Regency Miami with three new towers, including a new Hyatt Regency, through a partnership between Hyatt and Gencom. Phase one will feature an 87-story, 1,046-foot residential supertower and a 62-story, 736-foot hospitality tower connected by a skybridge.

The third tower, also residential, will rise to 54 stories, or 640 feet, completing the transformative development on the Miami River.
