WRE News: Eataly Set to Open First Florida Location in Aventura Mall

Aventura, FL – July 10, 2024 – Eataly, the iconic Italian food hall, is set to debut its first Florida location in Aventura Mall.

Spanning three levels and approximately 29,000 square feet, Eataly will be situated inside Aventura Mall. According to the City of Aventura’s latest development records, the building permit request for Eataly North America was under review as of May 1.

The highly anticipated opening is expected within a few months, marking a significant addition to South Florida’s culinary scene. Eataly’s arrival in Florida has been long-awaited, especially after plans to open in Miami in 2022 did not materialize.

The first Eataly launched in Torino, Italy, in 2007 by founder Oscar Farinetti, and the brand has since expanded to over 40 locations worldwide, each uniquely embodying the concept of a place to eat, shop, and learn about high-quality food.
