WRE News: Construction Begins on 24-Story Excel Miami Tower with 424 Residential Units

Miami, FL – July 23, 2024 – Construction has begun on the 24-story Excel Miami tower, set to bring 424 residential units to the city.

The project will feature 216 micro-units and a four-level parking garage with 128 spaces. Renowned firms Arquitectonica Architecture and Leo A Daly Design are leading the design and architecture, with Clearline spearheading the development.

Site work permits were issued in June, allowing development to commence, though the master and vertical permits are still under review.
