Miami, FL – July 17, 2024 – A sleek, modern 39-story tower is set to transform Wynwood under Florida’s new Live Local act.

Plans for the tower at 2534 North Miami Avenue propose a 407-foot structure with 336 residential units, including 140 affordable units, 7,781 square feet of commercial space, and 326 parking spaces. Designed by Arquitectonica Architecture, the building will feature glass and clean lines, integrating art installations selected by local artists to reflect Wynwood’s street art culture. Ground-level retail spaces and pedestrian walkways aim to foster community interaction and maintain the neighborhood’s mixed-use character.

The project, developed by 2534 N Miami Associates, LLC, leverages the Live Local act to surpass local zoning restrictions, allowing the tower to rise taller than surrounding buildings. The design balances modern aesthetics with community integration, ensuring the new structure complements Wynwood’s existing architectural landscape and cultural heritage.
