Miami, FL – July 29, 2024 – This November, Miami voters will decide the fate of Watson Harbour, a transformative development on Watson Island.

If approved, the privately funded project by BH3 Management and Merrimac Ventures will introduce hotels, retail, offices, residences, dining, and extensive public spaces, including a 2.2-acre promenade along Biscayne Bay. The development promises economic benefits, infrastructure improvements, and significant contributions to affordable housing, all without costing taxpayers.

Watson Harbour aims to create a sustainable, resilient community asset, featuring modern amenities and green initiatives. With reduced commercial space and enhanced public access, the project is designed to revitalize the area, generating millions in additional tax revenue and providing numerous community benefits such as local hiring and retail spaces for nonprofits.
