Miami, FL – June 9, 2024 – Miami’s West Little River is set to transform with the largest Live Local proposal to date, featuring a massive six-tower development.

Aimed at utilizing Florida’s new affordable housing law, this project at 8400 NW 25th Ave. will cover nearly 12 acres and include 3,233 residences within towers ranging from 26 to 37 stories. Designed by Arquitectonica and named “Holland Park”, the development will feature two nine-level parking garages, 57,000 square feet of retail space, and a single-story amenities building. The striking slate-colored buildings with white vertical elements will include a central plaza with pools, tennis courts, and a park, replacing 140 existing structures including single-family homes, a church, and office buildings.

Backed by 27th Ave Hollandpark Ecoresidences LLC, the project leverages the Live Local Act to bypass zoning restrictions, offering 40% of units as workforce housing with rent capped at 120% of the area median income. Besides residential units, the development will boast diverse amenities such as a gym, juice bar, library, and business center, while committing to hiring small, veteran, women, and minority-owned subcontractors.
