WRE News: Massimo Bottura’s “Torno Subito” Miami Outpost Set to Debut Soon, Launching Waitlist on Instagram

Miami, FL – June 4, 2024 – Acclaimed chef Massimo Bottura is bringing his one-Michelin-starred restaurant, Torno Subito, to downtown Miami very soon.

Known for its Italian Riviera-inspired menu, the Miami outpost will offer similar to those at Bottura’s three-Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana.

Yesterday, the outpost’s Instagram account posted a graphic on their stories titled “Coming Soon” with a link to join the restaurant’s waiting list and “be amongst the first to experience the best of Italy.” Similarly, the account made a post featuring portraits of Massimo and his longtime chef Bernardo Paladini with no further details and a simple caption: “Expect the unexpected”.

Helmed by chef Bernardo Paladini, who has extensive experience with Bottura’s restaurants, Torno Subito Miami will be part of the Julia and Henry’s project, featuring 20 food and drink outposts from local favorites.
