WRE News: The Gallery at West Brickell Tops Off With Completion Scheduled for 2025

Miami, FL – May 3, 2024 – The Gallery at West Brickell has topped off, on schedule for completion Spring 2025.

As per Related Group’s announcement, the tower is set to redefine luxury living as a “Class-A” mixed-income, mixed-use, and transit-oriented space nestled in Brickell’s bustling center. Breaking ground September 2022, the project marks the largest single-phase public/private venture in the county, with a staggering investment of around $190 million.

Standing 29 stories tall, the tower will host an array of amenities, including 465 rental apartments (163 allocated for workforce/affordable housing and 302 for market rates), along with 2,240 square feet of office space and 2,338 square feet for retail ventures. Additionally, it will offer a convenient 11-story parking garage with 529 spaces, of which 70 are reserved for the neighboring school.

Affordable units will start at an accessible $750 per month for studios, while market-rate offerings will cap at $3,950 per month for three-bedroom units.
