WRE News: Residential Project Planned at Former Potential Beckham Stadium Site in Overtown

Miami, FL – May 21, 2024 – Miami’s Urban Development Review Board has approved a massive 1,219-unit development in Overtown, with construction slated to begin in 2025.

The project, led by developer Terra Group Miami in partnership with the Mas family, will be built in three phases, starting with approximately 537 units. The development aims to provide a mix of market-rate, workforce, and affordable housing, enhance walkability, incorporate green infrastructure, and improve connectivity to nearby transit.

When completed, it will feature 16,337 square feet of commercial space and 1,798 parking spaces, with Arquitectonica as the architect.
