WRE News: FAA Approves 765-Foot Summit At Brickell Tower in Miami

Miami, FL – May 26, 2024 – The FAA has approved the Summit At Brickell tower, set to rise 765 feet above ground at 1015 Southwest 1st Avenue.

Filed on April 5, the project received its approval this week, allowing the 60-story tower to proceed. The development, bypassing city review under the county’s Rapid Transit zoning plan, is still awaiting a construction permit.

Summit At Brickell will feature 500 apartments and 480 parking spaces, developed by Lore Development Group in partnership with Opportunity and Leste Group, with Corwil Architects as architect.
