Miami, FL – May 1, 2024 – Aston Martin Residences Miami, a collaboration between Aston Martin and G&G Business Developments, held the official ribbon cutting for the recently completed project at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way.

The 66-story tower, designed by Aston Martin, is the tallest residential building south of New York City, offering 391 ultra-luxury condominiums where the Miami River converges with Biscayne Bay.

With 99% of units sold, the collaboration with architect Rodolfo Miani of  BMA Architects boasts a striking sail-shaped building reflecting Miami’s marina setting, complemented by panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the city skyline. Residents can indulge in Aston Martin’s design DNA throughout the common areas, meticulously designed at the brand’s Warwickshire design studio.
