Miami, FL – May 31, 2024 – Wynwood’s skyline is set to change dramatically with the proposal of its tallest tower yet.

The new development at 2101 NW Miami Ct. is planned to rise 48 stories, featuring 544 residential units, two floors of amenities, nearly 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and a six-level garage with 621 parking spaces.

Filed under Florida’s Live Local Act, the project commits 40% of its units to affordable housing, allowing it to bypass local zoning restrictions and build to the highest city density and height within a mile.

The developer, Wynwood Interest LLC, is managed by the Bazbaz family, and Arquitectonica is the project’s architect. The design includes a graffiti-inspired facade by artist Bisco Smith and a frame lighting system for the upper levels.

The Wynwood Design Review Committee will review the proposal on June 4.
