Miami Beach, FL – May 30, 2024 – Sustainable Supperclub and Essensia at the Palms Hotel & Spa celebrated Essensia’s new summer menu and the launch of the restaurant’s Tropical Thursdays- a weekly event featuring live Bossa Nova and Samba performances. The event featured new offerings courtesy of Essensia’s Executive Chef Diana Tandia, cocktails by Brugal, and a wine pairing courtesy of Valdo Wines. Attendees were each provided with a reusable take home tote bag featuring a variety of sustainable goodies, including Bumble Bracelets and more. Hosted by Sustainable Supperclub Chair Jennifer Weinberg and Tanja Morariu, The Palm’s Head of Sustainability, a portion of the proceeds benefitted Food Rescue US.
