Miami, FL – May 9, 2024 – PMG hosted an exclusive cocktail event to celebrate the launch of One Twenty Brickell Residences and commemorate the hard work and dedication of its talented team of brokers. Held at Rosa Sky, guests enjoyed a variety of delicious hors d’oeuvres and specialty cocktails, overlooking the site of the future project while enjoying the stunning scenery in Brickell. Located at 120 S.W. 8th Street in Brickell and sold exclusively by PMG Residential, One Twenty Brickell Residences will consist of 240 fully finished and furnished residences, each delivered with a first-of-their-kind deeded office suite per residence, as well as over 60,000 square feet of exclusive amenities.
