Miami, FL – April 17th, 2024 – Ostrow Brasserie partnered with former NBA All-star Amar’e Stoudemire for an exclusive wine pairing dinner on Wednesday, April 17th with the four-course dinner, curated by Chef Olivia Ostrow featuringexquisite dishes paired with Stoudemire Wines. Other notables on hand included DJ Irie, Sabrina Bosman, Sara Liss, Michelle Saka, Jason Ostrow, Alexander Orlofsky and more. The menu will featured Endive & Blue Cheese Tarte Tatin with Coffee Sauce, paired with “Clarity” Stoudemire Rose, Black Cod Cake, French Pea Puree, & Truffle Tarragon Aioli paired with “Journey” Stoudemire Sauvignon Blanc, Lamb Shank with Morels & Amarena Cherries paired with “Origin” Red Stoudemire Cabernet for the main course and an Ile Flottante & Nougatine, paired with a Signature Ostrow x Stoudemire Cocktail Rose French 75.
