The lively evening started with a cocktail hour flowing with Mr. C’s iconic Bellinis, overlooking the breathtaking golden hour views of Biscayne Bay, followed by delectable bites including tuna tartare, caviar & salmon, crab croquettes, and lamb chops from the hotel’s rooftop Italian restaurant, Bellini. Ending the night with a sweet finalé, guests enjoyed a curated dessert table, bubbles and a custom bottle engraving to commemorate the memorable evening and toast to the years to come. Leading the rediscovery and revitalization of the quaint Coconut Grove neighborhood, Mr. C Miami – Coconut Grove celebrates five years of success and looks forward to many more.
