Miami, FL – March 25, 2024 – Miami’s Urban Development Review Board gave the green light for a striking new tower at Miami World Center’s Block C.Planned to soar 53 stories high, reaching 632 feet above sea level at the roof, the tower will be a multifaceted marvel. It will feature 280 hotel keys, 351 multifamily units spread across various amenity levels, a sophisticated bar and lounge, and a luxurious pool deck located on the 25th floor. Additionally, multiple levels of retail and restaurant spaces at street level will cater to both residents and visitors, complemented by 331 parking spaces for convenience.The board’s praise for the tower’s clean and elegant design, as noted by architect Nichols.Arch, underscored the excitement surrounding this project. The development is spearheaded by the Falcone Group, under the leadership of founder & CEO Art Falcone, with an eagerly anticipated brand partnership announcement expected in the near future.
