MG Developer’s “Metro Parc” Apartments Top Off

Miami, FL – March 1, 2024 – MG Developer, led by CEO and Founder Alirio Torrealba, has officially topped off the construction of “Metro Parc,” MG’s first transit-oriented multifamily community in the City of Hialeah and the tallest residential building in the City of Progress. The 10-story building will offer 559 units located between 955 East 25^th Street and 980 East 26^th Street.
