Asprea Studio: New York Designer Brings New Blood to Miami

Miami, FL – March 14, 2024 – Asprea Studio is a multi-disciplinary design company founded in New York by Karen Asprea. With 17 years of professional experience, she opened her studio in a Tribeca row house, and has worked with renowned architects, developers and private clients. Karen’s professional portfolio encompasses 7 million square feet of luxury residential property. Asprea’s design sense is focused on the use of natural materials and how they are affected by day to day interactions with those who reside within. The finish palettes are warm, rich and inviting, with layers of soft and textured finishes. Her clientele is comprised of private home owners, wanting bespoke design for their estates and city town house dwellings, as well as corporate developers and boutique hoteliers, where Karen and her team create stunning lobbies, amenities, lounges, restaurants, fitness centers and spas. Asprea began designing for clients in Miami in 2013 and with a quickly growing presence, alongside the recent influx of newcomers to the Miami area, she is debuting her new studio located on Miracle Mile in the gorgeous Coral Gables area.
