Miami, FL – February 19, 2024 –  Plans for Santander Tower, a groundbreaking office building on Brickell Avenue, have been submitted, signaling a potential transformation of the area.

The proposed 40-story tower, standing at 765 feet above ground, aims to redefine the pedestrian experience along Brickell Avenue. The project includes a total demolition permit for an existing 14-story office building, currently under review.

The developer emphasizes the project’s focus on enhancing the street level with features like civic space plazas, outdoor seating, and transitional levels connecting the street to the ground floor. Notably, the design incorporates multiple dining options on the lower floors facing Brickell Avenue.

The tower is set to offer 612,918 square feet of Class A office space, 107,953 square feet for food and beverage establishments, a multi-level urban club, and 1,496 parking spaces, all while aiming for LEED platinum certification. The proposal is scheduled for a hearing on February 21.
