Priced between $8 million and over $65 million, the 61-unit building aims to fill a gap in Bal Harbour’s real estate market, where the most recent completion was Oceana in 2016. With prices averaging $4,000 per square foot, the developers have already garnered significant interest. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and Rottet Studio, Rivage will offer units ranging from 3,300 to 13,000 square feet, with amenities including a spa, pickleball courts, and expansive pools. The project’s location on 10245 Collins Avenue involves a $130 million bulk buyout of the existing Carlton Terrace condominium.
