Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and Rottet Studio, Rivage will offer units ranging from 3,300 to 13,000 square feet, with amenities including a spa, pickleball courts, and expansive pools. The project’s location on 10245 Collins Avenue involves a $130 million bulk buyout of the existing Carlton Terrace condominium.
