Miami, FL – December 4, 2023 – Developers Leviathan Development, Lionheart Capital, and Wellduo with The Lane Organization and Wellmeaning hosted an unforgettable evening, marked by the architectural marvels of Kengo Kuma. Hosted at Leku at The Rubell Museum, the event marked the unveiling of MIRAI Design District, a visionary mixed-use development designed by super-star architect Kengo Kuma, called the ‘inimitable Japanese architect” by Architectural Digest. MIRAI marks the first mixed-use project in the United States by world-renowned Kengo Kuma and Associates (KKAA).
With over 200 distinguished guests in attendance the venue buzzed with excitement as attendees watched a captivating video presentation featuring the namesake star-architect Kengo Kuma, as well as his inspirations behind this groundbreaking development.
