Abbalé Telavivian Kitchen Opens Location in Aventura

Miami, FL – December 16, 2023 – Miami Beach’s Abbale TLV, established in 2021 by Samuel Gorenstein and Pura Vida’s Omer Horev, has opened a second location in Aventura. The 4,000 square-foot location aims to cater to locals seeking a complete dining experience in contrast to typical fast-casual options in the area. Gorenstein emphasizes the restaurant’s accessibility, encouraging patrons to enjoy a memorable meal on any ordinary day rather than saving it for special occasions. Led by executive chef Marcelo Palacios, the Aventura restaurant boasts an expanded menu, including favorites like shakshuka and double-cut lamb chops. New offerings, such as caviar and chips and diverse salads, highlight the larger kitchen’s capabilities. The restaurant offers prime kosher ribeye, and in a nod to fine dining, the whole fish will be presented tableside. Aventura’s Abbale features a full bar with a Mediterranean-inspired cocktail program and a wine list spotlighting boutique Israeli wines.
