WRE News: A Look at One Brickell Riverfront

Miami, FL – November 6, 2023 – A look at the One Brickell Riverfront project: A massive twin-tower project on the Miami River, nearby Brickell City Centre. The development comprises two towers, the first of which, known as Lofty Brickell, had a groundbreaking ceremony January of this year. Lofty is planned to include 362 units. As of June, the project was said to be over 92% sold. The two striking towers are planned to rise 43 and 44 stories high, offering 784 residential units, ground floor retail spaces, 13,170 square feet of office space, and a generous 919 parking spaces.
