Miami, FL – November 1, 2023 – The Avenue Hotel & Residences Coral Gables, a Parisian-inspired boutique tower in Coral Gables, broke ground on the project this week.

Developed by the family-owned Roger Development Group, The Avenue Coral Gables at 351 San Lorenzo Avenue boasts an 8-story boutique building and condo hotel with 48 residences, offering one- and two-bedroom layouts with Italian kitchens, luxury baths, and top-of-the-line appliances. The project is designed by Bermello Ajamil & Partners and features interiors by renowned designer Adriana Hoyos Design Studio.

The development features a wide array of amenities, including valet parking and concierge services, an outdoor hammock garden, and a resort-style pool deck on Level 9. The prime location, directly across from Merrick Park, with its numerous retailers and restaurants, has attracted an eclectic mix of buyers, both domestic and foreign, drawn to the contemporary designs, amenities, and investment opportunities. Prices range from $730,000 to over $1.3 million with the hotel and residences expected to be completed in early 2025.
