Miami Beach, FL – November 13, 2023 – Bebito’s has been bringing quality Cuban fare to Miami Beach since 2019, and now they’ve expanded to offer dinner — with some wine to pair. “Dinner was always in our plans but unfortunately opening a few weeks before the pandemic we decided to hold off,” shares Bebito’s owner and local hospitality entrepreneur Jason Odio, the face behind popular Miami locales like Baby Jane, La Otra and Paraiso Estereo. “Now that we’ve been open for a few years and feel great about our daytime offerings, we felt it was time to finally start exploring those hours that we haven’t been open.” The dinner menu provides an elevated take on the daytime cuisine offered at Bebito’s, offering dishes like the Denver Steak with Horsey sauce and the “B.B.C.C.” (confit chicken fried w brioche crumble). The beverage program revolves around an array of carefully selected natural and organic wines, with other rotating items like seasonal spritz, local beers and mocktails. “We look forward to continue building the community around Bebito’s and utilizing it has a space where we highlight other local businesses, offering opportunities like meditation classes and talks.”
WRE: What inspired you to launch a dinner menu at Bebito’s, and what do you hope to achieve with this expansion?
Jason Odio: Dinner was always in our plans but unfortunately opening a few weeks before the pandemic we decided to hold off. Now that we’ve been open for a few years and feel great about our daytime offerings we felt it was time to finally start exploring those hours that we haven’t been open.
WRE: What are some of your favorites and must-try dishes?
JO: We’ve been cataloging items like our crudos which so far they’ve all been amazing. Other staples for me have been the Denver Steak with Horsey sauce and the B.B.C.C. (confit chicken fried w brioche crumble).
WRE: Can you describe the concept behind the new menu, and how it complements the existing offerings at Bebito’s?
JO: Our dinner menu is more elevated than what we do during the day. It was a great opportunity to give our team an opportunity to be creative. Since we’re in more of a locals area we wanted to give them something they would appreciate and feel that they had a quality option that has value and they can walk to. We’re rotating items on our menu weekly and using local ingredients. I think it complements daytime because you can come for breakfast or lunch and come back the same day for dinner and have an entirely different experience but with the same standards and welcoming feel.
We look forward to continue building the community around Bebito’s and utilizing it as a space where we highlight other local businesses, offering things like meditation class, talks, etc.

WRE: Can you give us a sneak peek into the beverage options for the dinner? Any signature cocktails or wine pairings that customers can look forward too?
JO: The beverage program revolves around our carefully selected natural and organic wine list. Other rotating items like seasonal spritz, local beers and mocktails with Ghia are available.

WRE: How do you envision the evening atmosphere at Bebito’s compared to the daytime experience? Are there any special elements for creating a cozy and welcoming dinner ambiance?
JO: I think lighting plays a big role in creating a nice atmosphere. Dimming the lights and lighting candles can go a long way in my opinion. We feel with doing that it will encourage people to close their laptops that they would typically use during the day and enjoy a glass of wine and conversation either with us or their guest. We are also now in the best time of year to sit outside. It’s great to see people enjoying the outdoor area.
WRE: Beyond the new dinner menu, are there any other offerings, deals, or news that you’d like people to know about?
JO: We are excited about adding another layer of hospitality that isn’t only counter service, starting happy hour and also adding a new brunch menu on the weekends. In addition to that we are updating our daytime menu to feature new items. We look forward to continue building the community around Bebito’s and utilizing it as a space where we highlight other local businesses, offering things like meditation class, talks, etc.
