Miami, FL – October 4, 2023 – Miami World Tower 1 reached its peak this summer, and now its developer is unveiling plans for three more striking towers. These new additions to the skyline include Miami World Tower 2a, standing 25 stories high, as well as Miami World Tower 2b and Miami World Tower 3, both soaring to 68 stories and reaching the maximum FAA-approved heights for the area. Collectively, these three towers will house 2,043 multifamily residential units, offering residents a luxurious experience with amenities on levels 14, 65, and 66, including rooftop pools. There will also be 2,944 square feet of commercial space and a convenient parking solution with 807 parking spaces located on levels 2-13 within a garage intertwined with residential units. Architect Nichols Arch and developer Lalezarian are spearheading this ambitious project, with a hearing before Miami’s Urban Development Review Board scheduled for September 20.
