Miami, FL – October 12, 2023 – Tablé by Bachour, the beautiful new Design District restaurant from pastry impresario/ restaurateur Antonio Bachour, opened March 2023 in the heart of Miami’s premiere shopping and dining neighborhood. The talented chef’s most ambitious venture to date, Tablé by Bachour serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and weekend brunch, has a stand-alone bakery counter with to-go offerings of the chef’s Instagram-worthy desserts and internationally-renowned croissants.
With Tablé, Bachour has opened a restaurant that matches the high-end elegance of its environs, a modern Parisian-style brasserie with a full bar and menu showcasing the classic technique and French flavors that have been a huge part of his training. The gorgeous restaurant instantly struck a chord with Design District denizens but Bachour, never one to rest on his laurels, felt that Tablé was not exactly what he envisioned it to be. So, he consulted with his team and looked at the menu with the goal of taking the restaurant to the next level. In doing so he realized the soul of his cuisine was deeply tied to his Lebanese roots and the style of cooking he first learned growing up in Puerto Rico. He wanted to bring that to Tablé, and thus the evolution of the restaurant menu began. But first the appointment of new Executive Chef William Crandell. With a background rich in classic French technique, Bachour saw that Crandell brought the right balance to the menu with a polish and sophistication it needed. New dishes and reconfigured signature selections began rolling out over the past month or so; now, the new lunch and dinner menus, rich with Mediterranean, French, Middle Eastern and Latin influences, are live. The trademark beauty on with the plate that Bachour is known for is now married to the Lebanese influences that are part of who he is. The menu’s transition can also be seen through more composed plates, heartier servings and stronger flavors throughout the menu.
