Miami, FL – October 19, 2023 – A hospitality and industry crowd gathered atop the upstairs bar at Habitat in the 1 Hotel South Beach for some post-work cocktails and apps featuring super buzzy Desolas Mezcal. Guests and hosts, including SH Hotels & Resorts Corporate Director of Beverage Steven Minor and Desolas Mezcal founder GG Mirvis sipped on extravagant Desolas cocktails such as the guava yuzu margarita with a hibiscus coconut cream foam, green martini that featured umami flavors and a clarified pina colada punch all curated and crafted by Minor.

Founded by GG Mirvis, Desolas Mezcal is a female-founded mezcal brand that’s artisanally crafted from 100% Salmiana Agave found in the state of San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
