Building on their successful Miami-based collaboration at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Fontainebleau Development and Groot Hospitality are taking their partnership to the next level in Las Vegas. The exciting partnership will bring the iconic nightclub LIV Miami and acclaimed restaurants Komodo Miami and Papi Steak to the property, introducing an all-new dayclub concept, LIV beach, set to debut in Spring 2024 — just in time for the pool season. LIV at Fontainebleau Miami Beach has been a nightlife hotspot since 2008, consistently ranking among the top clubs in the U.S. Grutman’s Komodo and Papi Steak restaurants are also well-known Magic City landmarks, with Komodo earning a spot among the country’s highest-grossing restaurants.
